Tania Herbert is the CEO and President of Herbert Financial Group, where she leads a team dedicated to providing strategic financial, tax, and retirement planning solutions for business owners and professionals across diverse industries.

Originally from the Andes mountains of Peru, Tania’s career reflects perseverance, discipline, and a deep understanding of financial strategy. She earned her Master’s Degree in Finance from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California and attended Ventura College of Law for two years, where she expanded her knowledge of business and tax law.

Tania began her financial career with Fortune 100 companies, where she quickly distinguished herself as a top performer—earning Rookie of the Year and Million Dollar Round Table recognition during the 2008 recession. In 2021, she founded Herbert Financial Group, which has since grown into a respected advisory firm headquartered in Monrovia, California. The firm specializes in tax mitigation, cash balance plans, and comprehensive financial management for business owners in industries such as construction, welding, dentistry, engineering, food services, e-commerce, and high earner social media influencers.

A licensed Tax Professional, Tania also holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and is recognized as a Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)—an achievement reserved for the top financial professionals worldwide.
