Ibad Ur Rahman is a Tax Associate at T&M Business Advisors, where he prepares tax returns and IRS representation. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Pakistan and was admitted to the Bar in 2024 before completing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he also earned a Business Law Certificate. 

His graduate studies included advanced coursework in business organizations, contract law, securities regulation, and mergers and acquisitions, providing him with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law. 

This background enables him to analyze the legal and transactional aspects of business taxation, corporate compliance, and the tax implications of complex business activities. With experience across multiple legal systems and advanced training in U.S. business law, he brings a comprehensive, practical perspective to advising businesses and individuals on tax matters.
